Amy Leniz - Director of Catering
As Director of Catering, Amy is responsible for local catering sales and overall
catering duties.
Amy comes to Rosen Shingle Creek after 16 years at the Walt Disney World Swan and
Dolphin, where she was part of the 1990 pre-opening team as Food and Beverage Manager.
Leniz progressed at the resort to become a Conference Service Manager, Catering
Manager and most recently, Associate Director of Catering prior to joining the pre-opening
team at Rosen Shingle Creek.
Leniz began her career at the Grand Hyatt in New York, where she was Food and Beverage
Manager and Executive Steward.
