Kirstie Seyfert - Assistant Director of Convention Services and Catering

Kirstie Seyfert - Assistant Director of Convention Services and Catering - Rosen Shingle Creek Kirstie Seyfert, a certified meeting planner, is the Assistant Director of Convention Services and Catering. In this position, Kirstie is responsible for providing convention services and catering support to the Director of Convention Services and Amy Leniz, Director of Catering.

Kirstie comes from two Universal Orlando Resorts, the Royal Pacific Resort and Portofino Bay, where she served as Conference Manager. She was awarded "Manager of the Quarter" and "Manager of the Year" awards while at the Royal Pacific Resort. Kirstie's thirteen-year career also included positions as catering manager at the Hyatt Regency San Antonio and management with Denny’s Restaurants.
