ORLANDO (July 10, 2017) — Food lovers can experience the best in gourmet cuisine from two of Rosen Shingle Creek®’s fine dining restaurants during Visit Orlando’s Magical Dining Month. From Aug. 25 through Oct. 1, guests can create their own three-course meal from a variety of fabulous selections at two of the hotel’s AAA Four Diamond restaurants — A Land Remembered or Cala Bella. The featured meals are specially priced at only $35 per person (plus tax and gratuity). One dollar from each meal will be donated to a local charity.
Visit Orlando’s Magical Dining Month, sponsored by American Express, will showcase the culinary talents of Rosen Shingle Creek®’s award-winning chefs and provide guests the opportunity to experience the finest of the hotel’s cuisine at a reduced price. Last year, a record $195,125 was raised from the event. Freedom Ride and BASE Camp Children’s Cancer Foundation have been named as this year’s charitable recipients.
A Land Remembered is Rosen Shingle Creek®’s legendary steakhouse, inspired by its Florida-based novel namesake. It received OpenTable’s Diners’ Choice Award in 2017 and is a previous recipient of the Orlando Sentinel’s Foodie Award. For Magical Dining Month, A Land Remembered will feature first course options of Jumbo Lump Crab Cake, Ahi Tuna, Lobster Bisque or Steakhouse Wedge salad; second course options of Blackened Red Snapper with Crawfish Cream Sauce, 6 oz. Filet Mignon or Citrus Grilled Chicken; and the choice of Chocolate Mousse Cake, Warm Pioneer Bread Pudding or Banana Sphere for dessert.
