Inspired by the fresh, tropical flavors native to Florida and Harris Rosen’s ongoing commitment to the Tangelo Park community, this crisp, refreshing dessert is sure to be the ultimate end to your perfect meal. On the outside, a bright, colorful fruity tangelo mouse resting on top of a beautiful, crunchy coconut dacquoise, finished in a slightly tart citrus glaze. Inside, the deliciousness is enhanced with a cool strawberry center. Only the freshest fruit is used in this creation from Executive Pastry Chef Candice Wells, with the citrus grown on property at Emma’s Creekside FarmTM and home-grown strawberries. Adorned with a gold feather and leaf, this dessert embodies Mr. Rosen’s commitment to community, freshness, and 50 years of service.
