Begin your Mother’s Day culinary extravaganza with any of our sensational appetizers.

Sip on warm soups such as roasted local cauliflower and cheddar or creamy sundried tomato bisque.

Our selection of small bites includes unique flavor pairings like pastrami smoked salmon on pumpernickel garnished with lemon caper cream cheese and chives, or corn bread with smooth brie cheese, apple butter, and caramelized pears.

Opt for a fresh start to your meal with a customized salad from our farm fresh salad bar or help yourself to a composed salad like our tomato and mozzarella panzanella topped with focaccia croutons and basil.

Create your own charcuterie spread from our assortment of local and imported cheeses, jams, honeycomb, bread, and crackers. Pair these with cured meats and grilled marinated vegetables from our antipasto market.

The Mother’s Day brunch at Café Osceola features a variety of fresh seafood items.

At the raw bar, you’ll find chilled Gulf shrimp and oysters, along with a hot sauce bar to give your plate a spicy kick.

There will also be bay scallop ceviche, smoked fish dip, and flavor-packed paella Valenciana.

If you prefer your seafood in a sushi roll, you’re in luck. Rosen Shingle Creek’s sushi restaurant, Banrai, will be featuring nigiri and sashimi, as well as a variety of sushi rolls and assorted dim sum.

Mom-Worthy Entrées

Hopefully you’ve saved room for the main course because these entrées are worth the wait.

Fill your plate with tender miso Ora King salmon served with baby bok choy and jasmine rice.

Fragrant black garlic rubbed flank steak is topped with herbaceous chimichurri and confit fingerling potatoes.

Help yourself to fluffy whipped Yukon gold mashed potatoes alongside slow cooked chicken and dumplings with baby carrots and turnips or treat yourself to smoked pastrami cured pork belly with braised napa cabbage and grain mustard pork jus with caraway.

Meat lovers should head to the carving station. Our chefs will be serving juicy herb crusted prime rib with beef jus and a zesty horseradish cream, as well as smoked beef brisket with Cheshire BBQ and cornbread.

Mother’s Day Buffet Pricing

Enjoy this exquisite menu for $99.95 per adult. If you’re bringing the little ones along to dine, those ages 4 to 11 dine for $44.95, and kids 3 and under eat for free.

Sales tax and a taxable 26% service charge are additional to the buffet pricing.

This all-inclusive price comes with complimentary Champagne and mimosas for those ages 21 and older, free self-parking, and discounted valet parking.
